Hi Yogi!
My name is Delyana, but friends call me Di! I started practicing yoga 5 years ago, due to back pain, overstretched ligaments on my ankle. Doctors said that I have to get used to the back pain. It's not something they can do. I have to rest more. But I am a mother, a wife and I work at the same time. That wasn’t an option for me. I wanted my good night sleep back, my ability to play with my daughter and function as a normal human being. I was exercising at home, due to lack of time to go to the gym. I like to be active and enjoy life.
Then I decided if the doctors can’t help me, I’ll try my own way. I start doing yoga a couple of days a week. After a while I was practicing every single day first thing in the morning. And then BOOM, my back pain was gone and I was able to walk again normal. I started running, bought a bike to ride in the parks around me. I also started meditating. My mental health improved so much. I have better sleep, lost weight and I manage my anxiety extremely better. My relationship with my partner, my daughter, family and friends improved so much.
Yoga and Meditation help me to be a better version of myself. They keep helping me even through tough times like my father passing on my birthday. When I realized that Yoga and Meditation are such a big tool for getting through this stressful, busy and crazy life, where as a mother I was putting myself last, I decided to share my experience and knowledge with others and help them manage physical and mental problems.
I enrolled to study Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow to become a professional Yoga Teacher. Now I am fully qualified and can safely teach asanas and meditation.
I want to help as many people as I can, to move pain free, fix posture and muscular imbalances, feel stronger, confident and less stressed!

Thank you for another great class today Di, as an absolute beginner to yoga 4 weeks ago I am completely hooked.
