Six week Hatha yoga course :
The course offers a gentle introduction to Hatha Yoga. You will learn basic yoga postures, pranayama breathing techniques and relaxation. This introductory course is suitable for the newcomer to yoga and for those who have some yoga experience. The course is instructed to encourage students to build and develop their practice in yoga.
Individual intuition can also be arranged.
Classes can also be arranged to take place in your own home.
During the summer months yoga classes will be held in and around the beautiful beaches and locations of Pembrokeshire.

Maggie is a fully qualified yoga teacher with 15 years of experience.
The yoga studio is a private studio set in a peaceful location. Classes are held daytime and evenings. The classes are an eclectic mix of vinyasa flow, hot yoga, yoga dance flow and chakra balance sequences. During the summer months classes are held on the beaches and beautiful locations in and around Pembs. Please contact Maggie for more information ot to book a class.
