I have studied with the British School of Yoga. and achieved the Advanced hatha yoga teaching diploma,children s yoga teaching diploma,advanced meditation teacher diploma and Pilates instructor I am also a qualified yoga therapist. Yin and yoga nidra teacher and have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for over 20 years
classes include breathwork, asanas, relaxation and meditation, classes are suitable for all abilities

I am also a qualified 5 th dan karate instructor and coach with welsh karate federation
i have practiced karate for over 25 years and run my own karate association in Swansea called wales wado kai karate
I enjoy all the spiritual teachings of yoga and have qualified as a Reiki, spiritual, theta practitioner and energy healer . i incorporate the spiritual teachings of yoga within my classes and i enjoy working with the chakra (energy ) system of the body . i have an enhanced CRB check
