Angelika is a highly experienced and qualified Yoga Teacher in the Satyanda Yoga tradition( Hatha Yoga). Classes are taught in different levels to suit everyone. During the class the is equal emphasis on working in Postures(Asanas), working with the breath(Pranayama), learning deep relaxation through practicing Yoga Nidra and there is time for Meditationpractice.
