Beautifully Balanced (BB) aims to encourage you to 'connect to yourself,' whilst living in today's hectic world, to help discover true mind-body balance. By being true to yourself and aiming to live an authentic balanced lifestyle, I truly believe physical and mental wellbeing can be improved.
Beautifully Balanced offers five class options within the Derby area. Combined these classes are designed to bring balance to your body and mind.
