A fun and friendly lunch time yoga class
Suitable for beginners to intermediate

Would you like to improve your posture, strength and flexibility?
This is a friendly class, all are welcome and we meets up each week and works on asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and finish’s with some nice relaxation time.
Block booking is £48 for 6 sessions or £10 drop in
If you can’t make the class you can request a recording to do at home.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga-qualified teacher, and I have 20 years of experience in the fitness and leisure industry. I take a flexible and varied approach to my classes, and I guarantee you will never get bored doing the same old routines!
I am always ready to teach a range of adaptations to postures - taking account of all the niggles and injuries that most of us pick up. But if it is a challenge you want, you will certainly find that too.
My motto is for everyone to work at their own pace, but to aim for improvement, week to week. Breathing and relaxation are important elements to my classes, and there is always an undercurrent of the philosophy behind yoga. I want to pass on a little of what I have learned, so people who come to my classes can share in the enjoyment of how yoga can help to transform your life, as well as your physical health.
