A Hatha Yoga class incorporating Warm-ups,Asanas
Sequences,Pranayama,Meditation and relaxation.
The class is open to all abilities and allows individuals to develop in accordance with their own requirements and provides an opportunity for an all round yoga practice to leave the body refreshed and revitalised.

I am a qualified British wheel of yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga to adults,children and special needs for over 15 years.
Yoga For all adopts a soft,subtle and sensitive approach to yoga, beautifully relaxing with emphasis on harmonising and relaxing the body and spirit. The postures are used in harmony with the body`s natural capabilities and limitations and adopting a yoga practice accordingly.
Each session concludes with breathing exercises and a relaxation practice, leaving you refreshed and ready for the hectic pace of modern life.
