I'm a Hatha Flow teacher, this is an uplifting style of yoga which helps to find the best in each person and enhance their practice according to their ability.
I've over ten years of experience and I'm available for private sessions at a time and place to suit the client. I also teach yoga therapy one to one for injuries and pain management as well as some classes for seniors.
