Weekly yoga classes & private sessions in Calpe and Moraira on the north Costa Blanca. Yoga Retreats also available at gorgeous little hotels near the sea on the North Costa Blanca. I began practising yoga in my early 30's and wished I'd started sooner! I completed my 2 year yoga teacher training in 2002 with an 'Excellent' grade Diploma. Shortly after moving to Spain in 2003, I began teaching yoga classes and running yoga retreats in beautiful locations near the sea. Every time I roll out my yoga mat I feel like I've come home. I love exploring the ever deepening possibilities of a yoga practice & feel inspired to to share it with others. Im told m classes are both inspiring and relaxing using hatha and vinyasa flow postures infused with tips on anatomy & optimum alignment to prevent injury.
