A post school run yoga practice that will leave you energised, restored and ready for the day ahead.
This is a Hatha- Slow Flow class suitable for beginners and intermediate level practitioners.
Breath-synchronised movement, pranayama, mantra and mudra are essential elements of this class which concludes with a short meditation.
This class is taught to music and is open to everyone.

Gaya Yoga

Originally from the South of Italy, Lisa came to the UK to improve her English and never left.
After spending two decades in the corporate world providing interpreting services into English and Italian to both national and international companies and following the untimely loss of her father, she discovered yoga and with it her true calling.
Lisa trained in London, India and Los Angeles under the guidance of a number of sought-after and internationally acclaimed teachers and spiritual masters.
A strong interest in mindfulness, meditation, psychology and neuroscience coupled with her own profound experience of the transformative power of yoga for mind, body and soul, led her to complete a specialised training in Advanced Yoga Psychology in Los Angeles with yoga teacher to the celebrities and licensed psychotherapist, Ashley Turner.

Her main interest is in the application of yoga as medicine for mind, body and soul and she is passionate about making this sacred practice available to everybody regardless of age, physical shape/size and cultural background.
She believes that it is through movement that we express and enjoy our aliveness and that the human body is designed to move and flourish at every stage of its earthly journey.
She specialises in Hatha Yoga but also offers Vinyasa flow and Restorative/therapeutic yoga.
Lisa is also a certified meditation instructor and continues to refine and hone her skills by attending workshops and further training both in London and abroad.
She is comfortable working with the full spectrum of physical bodies and abilities.
