This class will be a blend of dynamic and challenging movements that help you to build strength and improve your cardiovascular health, restorative poses which help to stretch and realign your posture, as well as breathwork and meditation to help you find more clarity and presence. This class will be a chance for you to reset your nervous system and improve your health and wellbeing.

My name is Claudia and I am a yoga teacher, soft tissue massage therapist, and meditation guide.
I was born and raised in East London and began my movement journey training as a professional dancer and performance artist. After graduating, I began to travel widely, study other movement practices, and complete a yoga teacher training. Following my return to London, I qualified as a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist and began working as a teacher and therapist in my local community, studios and corporate settings, as well as running retreats throughout the UK.
