A small supportive class for those who suffer from recurring Back problems. Discover how to ease a painful back episode and lessen the frequency of recurring back problems with tried and tested Yoga practices that stretch and strengthen all of your back. This course is taught as NHS rehabilitation in Cornwall and has been trialled by the University of York and is verified by Arthritis Uk. Support material is provided. It is taught by Gill Henderson who has Structural 's 'shaped Scoliosis and has experienced back pain too.

I am a widely experienced Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist teaching Yoga full time since 2002 and practising Yoga since 1991. Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga for Scoliosis were pioneered by me in N.Ireland. I am passionate about helping each student find inner peace and joy through the practices of Yoga and Meditation.
