This class offers a safe haven for anyone who has been affected by cancer; whether that be recently diagnosed, in treatment, remission, palliative stages or in a supportive role. The class will be aided by props, and will teach you gentle exercises to stretch and strengthen your body, along with meditation and breathing techniques, to help improve relaxation, range of movement, sleep quality and energy. All we aim for is that you leave the studio feeling better than when you came in.

The Yoga House is a cosy yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Crossgates, our aim is to build a down to earth, supportive yoga community, where everyone feels at home. We offer a variety of classes, courses and workshops to help you move, breathe and relax. Our aim is to make yoga accessible for all; we have a range of beginners classes and courses for those starting out on their yoga journey, as well as children's yoga, men's yoga, fitness based yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga for living with cancer.
