These classes are kept small (3 people maximum, plus Eve) to ensure lots of personal attention, whatever level of yoga practice you are at. Beginners might also feel more at ease here than in a larger class.
Because of limited spaces, places are bookable in advance but, while regular attendance will help you build your practice and ground your learning, you are free to choose the themes and dates that suit you best.

Based in Witham, Essex, as well as being a Minded Institute certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist for mental health (RYT200), I'm a psychosynthesis counsellor (Reg MBACP), coach and NLP Master Practitioner (MANLP), complementary therapist (MICCH) and freelance journalist specialising in psychology, health and wellbeing (www.evemenezescunningham.co.uk).
My yoga therapy classes draw on my counselling, coaching and complementary therapies background as well as my Yoga Therapy for Mental Health training with Heather Mason. They blend ancient yogic wisdom and mindfulness with modern neurocience and psychotherapy.
They are for anyone wanting to maximise their potential, encourage neuroplasticity, increase heart rate variability, boost emotional resilience and improve their wellbeing (as well as offering the flexibility, strength and stamina benefits you'd expect from any yoga class and regular practice) as well as people struggling with stress, anxiety and depression (I work individually with people struggling with PTSD).
These classes are kept small (3 plus me) so you'll benefit from individual attention.
I also offer private classes, work with individuals, facilitate larger groups and run the Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8 Week Course for Stress, Anxiety and Depression.
