Yoga can be energising, calming and even inspiring. You should leave my class feeling limbered and clear in the mind.
In my classes, I aim to teach you to practise yoga so that it benefits you and your body, whatever your fitness and flexibility, whilst gaining an understanding of yoga and easing the body and mind into a calmer, more healthy state.
Eunice Ho is an experienced yoga and meditation practitioner and is qualified through the reputed Simon Low Yoga Academy (BWY).
