I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga focusing on relief from stress, anxiety and back pain.
My classes are small and friendly, and I also run Yoga for Anxiety workshops, Restorative and Candlelight Yoga and Meditation evenings as well as various other workshops, and UK and International Yoga Retreats.
