This Yoga for Women class blends yin and hatha yoga with a focus on women's bodies and women’s health. This class aims to provide you with the dedicated time and space in your week where you can switch off from the busyness of your day to day and be guided through a combination of yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation in a supportive and nurturing environment.
