I have a Yoga Alliance UK qualification. I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga.
Additional qualifications include:BWY to teach yoga to people living with cancer.
Yoga for the Special child from the Special Yoga centre (Sonia Sumar) for children with additional needs.
Qualified to teach Yoga Nidra from the Satyananda Centre in London , as developed by Swami Satyananda,Bihar School of Yoga.
I have practiced yoga for more than 23 years, approaching it initially from a background in contemporary dance and ballet.A previous career as an occupational therapist has helped me in developing observation skills,an understanding about anatomy and an adaptable, wholistic approach .
I strongly believe that the benefits of all aspects of yoga are to be accessible to all.
