Yoga in Finsbury Park

Open level Vinyasa Flow Yoga. An energetic and dynamic Yoga class, suitable for all. We are outdoors whenever the weather allows and indoors at the racetrack during Winter months. Some mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Meet us at the race track at 10am!

Please note the Sunday classes are suing/summer months only and will only take place when the weather allows, whilst Saturdays are always on all year round, rain or shine (as we have access to the indoor space)

Hana is an experienced and passionate Yoga teacher and teacher trainer with 17 plus years of experience teaching Yoga and Dance. She has studied Yoga intensively India and is a BWY teacher. She is co founder of Mindful Movements, a company offering Yoga classes, teacher trainings and specialist workshops in Central/ North London.
