Stop and take a long deep breath. Do you feel any better? The problem is that we spend so much of our life running around that we seldom to take a moment to breathe deeply, let alone permit ourselves to completely relax. Imagine how we would feel if we were able to slow down the mad rush of our life, learn to relax deeply and open up our bodies and minds to a sense of well-being, restored good health and inner stillness. The world and the way we respond to it would all be a whole lot better.

I am Elisa Williams and I am an experienced West London based Yoga teacher. You can contact me via elisawilliamsyoga@gmail.com
I teach both publicly and privately small groups and 1-2-1, workplace yoga and in schools in and around West London predominantly in Kensington, Notting Hill, Fulham and Shepherds Bush.
I mainly teach in a flowing style linking movement and breath with more yielding sequences where postures are held longer to access a deeper meditative quality in the practice. Finding stillness with movement and movement within stillness. The emphasis is on building strength as well as undoing and releasing tension; working on core muscles as well as increasing flexibility.
Sometimes the practice can be strong and dynamic at other times softer and restorative in nature. I endeavour to tailor all of my classes to the needs of the group or the individual and aim to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. I try and encourage students to turn inwards so that they can really feel their way through their practice and begin to take ownership of it themselves.
