Practising together as a group has many benefits. We inspire each other to try new things and deepen our practice. We learn from each other as we encourage and celebrate our successes. We support each other in challenges on and off the mat. And we meet each other with a friendly face, wherever we find ourselves in life. When we set an intention to grow together and support one another in our practice, we all benefit.

Margherita Dal Pra approaches her classes with intelligence and humour. Her 20 years of practices and teachings, are based on hatha and trantra yoga tradition. She adapts her classes to all levels of ability, balancing strength and flexibility. Each class is revolved around a theme or a particular physical alignment principle giving students a connection to themselves on and off the mat. She teaches public classes as well as privately. Loves nature hence her passion in taking her students in exotic retreat places to deepen their practice.
