Namaste, I teach fluid flow, Hatha, vinyasa, Yin, blending styles to suit the day, and lunar calendar. Therefore some days we may have 30 mins of yang and 30 mins of yin or 50 min vinyasa and 10 of meditation/relaxation. Come with a an open mind let allow yourself to be here! Bring cushions blankets for savasana, I have blocks and mats but if you have your own please bring them.

My yoga practice is part of my life, I began my Yoga journey as a small child with mediation, bhakti and kirtan.
My Grandfather inparticular along other members of my family and the community I grew up within have taught me and still guide me through a Yogic and Veda lead lifestyle.
