Classes start with a light aerobics activity to warm through the muscles, mobilize the joints and get the circulation flowing.
We then do some body preparation, flowing sequences, postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Classes are small, friendly and fun with adaptations given for beginners and those with limitations and an opportunity to advance postures for those who desire this.
Children over the age of 12 can attend with an adult.

I am passionate about yoga and the benefits it brings to people of all ages and abilities I offer public classes and also classes in the workplace, care homes and offices as well as private one to one classes within your home, workplace or a venue of your choice.
I am a fully qualified Hatha, Ashtanga, Dru, Pre & Postnatal, Yoga NIdra, Pilates and Meditation and Special Needs Yoga Teacher. I teach a mix of yoga styles and every class is different. I also teach Pilates classes and add adaptations so that everyone can be included.
I also offer private classes via Zoom
My classes are friendly and fun and help to bring balance, strength and flexibility to both the body and mind
I hold £6m Public Liability Insurance, first aid and adult and child safeguarding certificates with an enhanced DBS (Formally CRB).
