Hatha Yoga Classes every Tuesday night at Culcheth Methodist Hall 8-9.30pm and on Zoom Thursday nights 8-9.30pm. The classes include a unique combination of universal meditation exercises, flowing warm-up yoga, classical holding postures and relaxing Yoga Nidra. During every class we practise standing, sitting, prone, supine and inverted poses. My classes are based on more than 2 decades experience, inspired by annual visits to India. I was trained for 16 years by a student of Satyananda Saraswati, and gained a formal teaching qualification through a month long residential Sivananda Teaching Training course in Lithuania. The class is mixed ability, with variations added to standard poses to stretch all abilities. The class is a full physical work out, with a sequence designed to deliver the spiritual yoga benefits of deep relaxation and energising upliftment. Feel free to walk in or contact me.
