I have been a yoga practitioner for over 35 years and teaching for over 17 years. Currently I run three evening classes using a combination of styles Hatha, Sivinanda and Somatics.
We work to produce movement working with both your breath and mind. We are searching for a balance between mind, body and spirit. We learn to read both mind and body. Working with me you will be able to let go of physical and metal stress thus reducing pain and lethargy.
