A lively class for your little ones aged 5-11 years. With fun asanas, chanting and a very calming relaxation. Class sizes are small for lots of one to one attention, and there is a yummy cafe for those parents that want to chill out and wait on-site!

Based in London, Emily offers a variety of ways for adults and children to access yoga & relaxation techniques. She runs vibrant classes & workshops as well as offering home visits and successful school and workplace programmes . Her classes are frequently described as the highlight to a busy week (see testimonials), and are loved by adults and children alike! As well as her yoga endeavors she is a qualified Art teacher and continues to teach Art in a variety of educational settings, often combining the two in workshops. Emily’s teaching provides a non-competitive environment where yoga is holistic and joyful, her classes are creative and encourage a strong sense of mind, body and soul connection.
