Yoga is an invitation to free the body and the mind from habitual patterns of tension. Yoga can improve your flexibility, strength, stamina and concentration as well as leading your mind to stillness. We teach Dynamic Yoga, a method that combines the precision of Iyengar with the flow and breath awareness of Ashtanga. Our classes are structured so as to increase your understanding of Dynamic yoga whilst building on your experience of asana within a balanced class format.
