A beautiful and popular Hatha Yoga class, on Monday and Wednesday evenings, held at the Yoga Sanctuary Hall in central HW. Lucy Walford is a qualified and fully insured teacher, who has taught internationally in Australia, Bali, Thailand and Malaysia. Lucy is also the official Wycombe Wanderers football club Yoga coach and has appeared on SKy sports teaching Yoga. She also runs Pilates, and teachers private 121 classes, as well as being a Reiki Healer.
Classes are £8 per session, in the beautiful Sanctuary Hall. Carpeted underfloor heated floors, free parking and plenty of space.

Lucy's classes are an hour packed full of postures that will make you feel amazing. Lucy is a very 'hands on' teacher, giving individual guidance where necessary and helping individuals to understand their own postures, thus helping to get the most out of the hour.
Lucy is also qualified to teach meditation and relaxation techniques, which are taught towards the end of the class ensuring you feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you leave.
