We hold Satsang (mindfulness) evenings with a meditation component most Fridays, see diary for details. These are held in a comfortable setting in a yoga social style of evening. We provide a guided meditation (various) and introduce the discussion topic for the evening, then everyone joins in if they want to discuss and share.
There is no financial cost. However as an exchange of energies between provided and received we thought it would be nice to share food. The idea is in return for the evenng session, those attending would bring food (including vegetarian) and drinks to share. Teas will be provided (normal, fruit etc) . As people contact us to see if there is space we would also discuss what others are bringing in order to co-ordinate the food available.

My name is Russell. I received my yoga teacher training at Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales, where I gained my accredited Yoga Teaching Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. I have been teaching since April 2010, having been a yoga practitioner since 2004 when I also started my daily yoga practice at home.
I teach mixed ability and intermediate classes, encouraging students to work safely to a level they feel appropriate. We are a friendly bunch. My aim is support each students journey, questions are welcome.
Areas of experience, expertise and continuing interest include; Meditation, Hatha yoga, karma yoga, raja yoga and mantra yoga. Continue to explore the great yogic texts such as yoga sutra, bhagavad gita, and upanishads.
2016 should see a few workshops being planned.
