Yoga Therapy is usually done 1to1, but can be done in small groups sharing the same condition. Yoga therapy looks at the whole person drawing upon a number of traditional diagnostic tools. It is suggested that a person does a minimum of 6 x 1 hour sessions.

Jackie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She qualified at both Beginners and Intermediate levels with Integral Yoga Dorset, and has taken additional training in 'Yoga for M.E and Chronic Fatigue'. She has been practising as a yoga therapist for over six years, following completion of a two year post-graduate intensive training with Real Yoga. She is a yoga therapy course tutor and is a Board member for the BCYT (British Council for Yoga Therapy)
She has completed over 1,000 hours of training.
Jackie offers a variety of small group classes, 1to1 yoga therapy sessions, and training for yoga teachers.
