The classes are open to everyone, including beginners and are held in a beautiful garden studio. Private tuition is also available for either the beginner or those wishing to deepen their practice. I have been practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching full time for 16 years. I have a 500 hour diploma and a 500 hour CHEK institute scientific back training qualification. Private sessions are tailored to suit the individuals needs. Helpful in back rehabilitation, building confidence in beginners or working on advanced poses. All students receive education and techniques for neck and shoulder tension, lower back relief, abdominal strengthening, which is core to correct posture; breathing techniques and guided relaxation.
