Hello, Originally from London Yoga has helped me travel and see the world. Since I qualified in 2011 I have taught in the UK, parts of Europe and South America. My classes are a Hatha Vinyasa blend, with elements of Kundalini Yoga. During the 90 minute class you will learn how to meditate as well as breath work to calm and compose allowing you to get a deeper experience of Yoga.
