BSY: British School of Yoga qualified. I am based in Ware but currently teach in Hertford. I am also available to teach group and 1 2 1 home sessions in Hertfordshire upon request. As an experienced dancer I have branched out and discovered that Yoga is a fantastic way to stay fit and healthy and introduce tranquility to the mind, body and soul.
