Suitable for men and women, all abilities and ages welcome. Hatha Yoga 90 minute class with 10-15 min warm up, one hour of main postures leading to a peak posture and different theme each week, ending with 15 mins relaxation. Modern, clean and warm venue, no need to book just turn up and enjoy!
