I'm a yoga teacher from Hong Kong. I'm in love with yoga for over ten years. Yoga is a path to finding and knowing oneself that makes us listen to our body and our heart.
I had been a primary school teacher for 15 years and I've started teaching yoga for two years so I know how to break the things down into smaller steps and help students adjust their postures. I mainly teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Wheel yoga.
