She teachers mixed level classes, including beginner's and new to yoga in the South Oxfordshire/Wiltshire area. In private, public and corporate settings.
With a background in Health, previously working as a nurse in the NHS, she is passionate about health and feeling good. Life can and should be a joy. Yoga supports all our health needs and much more. People always leave feeling "better", more energised, relaxed and calm after a yoga class.
