Each class starts with a gentle warm-up and some pranayama (breathing exercises) to help clear the mind and prepare us physically and mentally for exploring asanas (poses). Asanas are sequenced in a way to help us flow with our breath, cultivate strength and improve flexibility. Classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative yoga.
All genders and levels welcome.
