Two wonderful mixed ability classes in the fantastic area of Ruislip Manor Farm. The Stables is a listed building and has recently been restored. There is underfloor heating and it is very quiet and peaceful. The number of weeks will vary according to the length of term. The later 11.15am class is more geared towards beginners with Alison tutoring.

Jackie has been practising Yoga for 42 years and teaching for 30 of those years. She is British Wheel trained but has studied and practised most schools of yoga during her long career. She teaches and runs 7 classes in Ruislip and Ickenham.
Her main inspiration and teacher is John Stirk and she also enjoys working with Bill Wood, Gary Carter and Peter Blackaby.

Yoga is taught to a very high standard and is very popular locally. All the teachers are insured and hold teaching diplomas.
