This is a basic practise class which also welcomes beginners. There is always a fabulous atmosphere in this little hall at The Stables in the Ruislip Manor Farm Complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. A wonderful venue for Yoga.

Jackie has been practising Yoga for 42 years and teaching for 30 of those years. She is British Wheel trained but has studied and practised most schools of yoga during her long career. She teaches and runs 7 classes in Ruislip and Ickenham.
Her main inspiration and teacher is John Stirk and she also enjoys working with Bill Wood, Gary Carter and Peter Blackaby.

Yoga is taught to a very high standard and is very popular locally. All the teachers are insured and hold teaching diplomas.
