Lisa is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Level 4 diploma teacher. She is also antenatal, relax & renew restorative yoga and yin yoga qualified.
Lisa has been teaching yoga classes since 2014 and has a regular following.
Lisa has been practising Yoga since 2001 and decided to train as a yoga teacher in order for others to experience the benefits yoga has brought to her life.
My classes are designed for those who are beginners, new to yoga or returning to the practice after a break.
She makes her classes fun, light-hearted, relaxed and friendly ensuring that her students leave the class feeling relaxed, calm and peaceful.
