in Wymondham & Ashwellthorpe, my classes are friendly and fun. Yoga improves strength and flexibility, which helps to balance mind, body and spirit. This is achieved by blending physical postures (asana) with breath control (pranayama) and relaxation or meditation. I have been practising yoga since 1997 and teaching in Norfolk since 2014.
Classes are:
Monday evening 7:15-8:25pm Wymondham, United Reformed Church on Fairland Hill.
Tuesday evening 6-7:15pm Ashwellthorpe Village Hall.
NEW from 9/1/2024 Tuesday mornings mixed ability 11:20am-12:30 Wymondham United Reformed Church.
Chair yoga with exercise is also Tuesday mornings 10-11am Wymondham at the United Reformed Church .
British Wheel of Yoga qualified to NVQ level 4 and Gentle Years Yoga qualified for older adults. email: wildfish1@btinternet.com
