Classes are open to men and women of all abilities whether you're a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner.
My classes focus on building strength, balance, flexibility and calm. They aim to help you in all parts of your life whether that’s dealing with sitting at a desk all day or keeping you stretched and supple whilst training for an event.
Classes are drop in and can be your regular weekly class or a top up class for when time permits.
I provide mats and blocks and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wear clothing that allows you to move easily.

We teach public yoga classes in and around Twyford in Berkshire. We are available to each yoga privately to groups and individuals.
