I am an HFE qualified Yoga Teacher who has practiced yoga for many years. In 2011 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and since then yoga has become invaluable in managing the chronic pain, muscle weakness and fatigue that MS causes. Yoga has been essential to enabling me to continue to stay fit and active as a triathlete and a lover of the great outdoors.
Yoga has many benefits for everyone, including flexibility, improved balance, stress management, muscle strength and better posture.
As a yoga teacher I bring my own experiences of improving imbalances, weaknesses and fatigue to my classes, as well as being walking proof of the benefits it brings to strength, flexibility and posture.
