I am Dulcie at Cinnamon Yoga. My passion for yoga began when I attended my first class around twenty years ago and subsequently led to me training to be a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
My classes are a flowing mix of postures and breathwork designed to balance physical and mental wellbeing and leave people feeling refreshed and invigorated as well as relaxed.
I like to keep my classes fresh by exploring different themes and aspects of yoga each week in order to stimulate and engage.
One of the many things I love about yoga is supporting others throughout their yoga journeys and watching them fall in love with yoga as I have.
