Tula Reiki & Yoga
I’m passionate about sharing knowledge of all aspects of yoga from the spiritual to the scientific. I like to keep it fun and different from one week to the next by incorporating themes. Classes have a nice balance of breathing, physical asanas and relaxation with some Thai massage. I encourage everyone to take it at their own pace and do what feels right.
