I am Dulcie at Cinnamon Yoga. I have been practicing yoga for more than twenty years and teaching since 2019 when I completed my Level 4 teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga. Since then I have also qualified as a Yin-yoga teacher and have enjoyed adding yin to my class portfolio.
I currently teach a mix of in-person and online classes both privately and in health clubs and hotels as well as teaching corporate yoga twice a week in a large organisation. I am passionate about yoga and the benefits it can bring to all our lives, making both our bodies and minds stronger and more resilient. I like to keep my classes fresh by exploring different themes and ideas and I use breathwork, meditation and mudras to support and enhance the physical practice. The benefits of a regular yoga practice will stay with you long after you have left the class.
