A grounding, restorative class taken at a slower pace. This will calm the nervous system and relax the body. A must-do if you spend lots of time working hard, but not relaxing enough! We also include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and a longer guided relaxation at the end of class that will help to induce sleep and calm the mind.
