Elements Yoga and Pilates

Over the past five years, I have practiced yoga in India, Nepal, New Zealand and China. I have also practiced yoga with many teachers in Ireland and have been particularly inspired by teachers including, Michael Ryan, Frank Brooks, Tahnee Fournier, Kathy Scott, Desiree Rumbaugh, Kanta Barrios and Deb Nebauer. On a daily basis, I love my own home practice and practicing outdoors whenever I can.
Following my interest in yoga, I trained to become a teacher with the YTTC in Dublin under director Roy Griffin.
I have always throughout my life had a deep sense of the benefits and positive effects of exercise and activities as an integral part of one’s lifestyle. I truly believe that a healthy body means a healthy mind. My classes are focused on Hatha style, encouraging each individual to challenge themselves. Movements are encouraged with a focus on alignment, breathing and relaxation.
My passions for rock climbing and running have led also to an interest in Pilates and the benefits of core stability and strength in improving performance and reducing the risk of injuries.
I cater my classes for Sports participants, Teenagers, Beginners to Yoga and Pilates and Improvers. Contact me for class locations and times*
