Serving the neglected, and communities with limited resources is what motivates me. After 7 years of yoga self-practice, with a profound belief that Yoga is absolutely for everyone and a desire to share this valuable knowledge, I finally took on YTT in 2019 and followed with a series of training catered for accessibility. Since then been wholeheartedly sharing Integral Hatha Yoga practices not only with the general public but also with a wide range of vulnerable communities in Hong Kong through YAMA Foundation.
Recently moved base to the Shoeburyness-United Kingdom, certified and packed with experiences in teaching Integral Hatha Yoga Basic and Intermediate Levels, Accessible Yoga (Chair/Trauma Sensitive/Special Needs), Raja Yoga (Focusing on Pranayama and Meditation), Kidding Around Yoga for children and teens. Classes are custom-made for any ability, and experience and are available in-person or online.
