Louise has been practising Yoga and working with energy for nearly 10 years now. She has a thorough knowledge of our energetic bodies, and chakra system and believes that well being comes from creating a balance on every level. “ Yoga takes place every second of every day, not just on the mat.”
Louise works with people using yoga, meditation, and Crystal Therapy.
Louise has created her own unique style of yoga , teaching classes to music which combines a vinyasa flow style of posture practice, pranayama, and visualisations. These include 2 popular sessions, YogaFunk, a, dynamic, upbeat yoga session that works through stronger postures and YogaChill, a gentle, relaxing class suitable for all levels of fitness/flexibility and ages.
